A project aim is to develop the Ivano-Frankivsk identity. As a result, the city has got a new style: a logo and an artistic architectural concept of streets which became a start for the “Business signboards” project.
It all started with an idea and a desire to transform Ivano-Frankivsk to aesthetic and attractive city. For this purpose, an associations of concerned people was formed. In such a way the initiative of Ivano-Frankivsk identity was created. It was supported by hundreds of Ivano-Frankivsk citizens and 46 patrons financed it. The project was implemented by Aimbulance agency (Kyiv) and designer Jovan Rocanov, one of the best specialists in identity in Europe. As a result, a new urban style was presented in 2014 in Ivano-Frankivsk.
The new logo was shortlisted by Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity in the Large Scale Logo category, and became one of the 5 best logos in the world in 2014.
The project involves the manufacturing of souvenirs which quickly became popular among residents and visitors.

Ivano-Frankivsk’s visual style passed the test of time: it is actively used in the city and it is well-known outside of Ivano-Frankivsk. In the spring of 2017 it had been in place for three years already, so the city administration decided to officially recognisethe groundwork of Teple Misto. We are currently in the process of legal registration of transferring the rights to the official use of the logo and the visual style of Ivano-Frankivsk to the city administration and the local community. It is crucial that the visual style (as originally intended, with no modification) is used consistently across the Teple Misto platform. We also need to ensurethat no one misappropriates the work, which belongs only to the city and the community.
