The team of "Frankivsk Yards Festival" project, the winner of the summer contest, aimed to unite and establish informal communication between the inhabitants of three condominium associations in different districts of the city, as well as intensify the local volunteer movement and, by its example, encourage other houses to create condominiums. 

The organizers of the festival established a friendly communication with representatives of neighbouring condominium associations of business, as well as with public and state organizations, which as a result has also joined the project as partners. 

In total, the festival was attended by about 350 participants. These are the residents of three condominium associations – Pasichnianske, 28 Mazepy, 32 Naberezhna, as well as residents of neighbouring houses.

The positive result of the festival was that the organizers continued to develop their project and applied for Kyiv Dialogue-2017, another grant competition. Also, Pasichnianske condominium association initiated another project “15-35-65” (a sports ground for people of all ages) on the adjoining territory. Naberezhna condominium association received a grant from the city administration for the modernization of the building.

In addition, the Frankivsk Yards Festival became the nominee for the All-Ukrainian Social Project Awards contest in the field of social projects and social innovation and received an award in the Leipzig Prize of Integrated Development competition from the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ).

In September 2015, Teple Misto Platform founded the City Grants program to activate and strengthen initiatives, NGOs and communities, which are aimed at progressive development of the city, at implementing projects that improve quality of urban living and attracting community to take active part in the development of Ivano-Frankivsk.
